However, I am concerned with the SEO they implement on their own company website. Look at the footer where it says "SUPPORT". This is an obvious attempt at SPAM and excessive keyword usage to obtain rankings, which Google is against. 99% of the words mentioned in the footer are simply to achieve positioning and that is frowned upon, especially the "tiny text" used further down in the footer and the "BEST SEO Company" tag used at the very bottom of the page.

They said they'll provide you with initial reports and an analysis of your website and competitors. They send you four main reports and sub reports through an online meeting using GoToMeeting.com. They are baseline reports I believe, which most SEO Companies utilize.

If you decide to use their services, they credit you that initial $895, which is a plus.

$1995 seems very expensive compared to the other SEO's we spoke with but thats because it's probably not designed to meet the budget of most small-midsize businesses. The time it could take to recover the monthly fees with revenue could be significant, depending on the business and may cause a temporary dent in month over month cash flow.

All in all, seems like a very solid SEO based on their company ranking results.
